The Aidas Lithuanian Folk dancing group was founded by instructor Anita Strumillo in 1982. They have performed over 300 times since 1982. The Dance group currently consists of 30 members and is very family oriented. The music is traditional Lithuanian polkas and waltzes and the dances are patterned and lively. The group performs at many civic events, Lithuanian Community events and has performed at 9 "Sokiu Svente"--Lithuanian Dance Festivals--in North America.
