Ethnic Enrichment Festival - The Ethnic Enrichment Festival is held on the third weekend of August. Over 60 countries have booths placed in a large circle around the Swope Park Pavilion in Kansas City, Missouri. The Festival was started in the late 1970's as a major event for the Ethnic Enrichment Council which was started by Mayor Richard Berkeley. Taste the World at the Festival!
